• Source/headhunt, identify and attract suitable candidates using appropriate methods in line with recruitment briefs.
• Reach different companies for getting new clients.
• Good working experience using different job boards;
LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Solid understating of technical terms and Job description with good negotiation skills.
• Should be able to create Boolean search and queries to find Candidates.
• Monitor applications and ensure that candidates
applications are processed efficiently
• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates.
