Description

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
1. Responsible for organic search, your role is critical to client success.
2. You will utilize your analytical skills and understanding of organic search algorithms to provide clear, effective SEO campaigns and insights to achieve our client’s commercial objectives.
3. You will be passionate about providing the best service possible to clients, and ensure that the agency remains at the cutting edge of organic search marketing by researching and implementing new techniques, providing insight into new SEO opportunities, and keeping abreast of the latest news and concepts within the SEO community.
4. Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
5. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
6. Write Meta title & meta description
7. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
8. Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
9. Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. videos briefs, case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
10. Implement link building campaigns in coordination with SEO goals
11. Assist in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
12. Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments
13. Research and administer social media tools in support of social media strategy
14. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals
15. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
16. Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
17. Work closely with the other team members to meet company goals
Professional Skills & Qualifications
1. 2 – 5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
2. Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as an internal reporting tool
3. Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, SEMRUSH, AHERF’S WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
4. Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
5. Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
6. BS/BSC or computer degree preferred
7. PPC/ FB ads will be Plus if you know that
8. Must be able to show portfolio of successfully ranked websites and keywords
