GENERAL PURPOSE:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. S/he will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting, and implementing Sehat Kahani App sales plans while working closely with Lead Sales & Technical. S/he must be able to follow the directions of Sehat Kahani management and have a strong grip on the market for identifying and closing the potential leads.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

Contribute in the overall sales target of Sehat Kahani while including the following:

  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Work with internal departments such as the marketing or operations teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
  • Any other task assigned by the Lead Sales & Technical
