The 99 Marketing is looking for skilled and highly motivated individuals Males & Females for the post of Sales Executives in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Cold and Warm calling
• Achieving sales targets set forth by the Manager Sales
• Develop new sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Identify sale opportunities and meet our sales target
• Sell our real estate projects by establishing contact with our clients via call, SMS, email and develop relationship with potential clients
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' real estate sales experience
• Well known of selling of commercial projects.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
