The Sales associates will be engine driving our growth to the first million and beyond that too. The role will be responsible for communicating directly with the users of the Taleemabad Learning App through phone, email and SMS messaging, with the explicit objective of increasing their interest in the platform, and ultimately, increasing the life-time-value (LTV) that the users can deliver to the company. The Sales Associates will also be responsible for visiting private schools and selling Taleemabad to them on a monthly/yearly package. They will also have the responsibility of ensuring that every potential customer receives the best possible service from acquisition till post subscription, thereby ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.
We’re looking for young, energetic and passionate men and women who are eager to work in a high-performing, driven team. We have set our hopes on solving a crisis of learning in Pakistan and doing so will not be easy. As with most experiences in sales, this one involves rejection, constant communication (with people who are sometimes hard to talk to), and a bruised ego. It does however, also involve the satisfaction of knowing that your efforts are helping spearhead quality education to every corner of the country.
Area of Responsibility
Our sales team will be at the front, right and center of whatever we do. They will be mapping the journeys of our users, dissecting their pain points, and then taking the insights back to the product team so that they can make the necessary changes to Taleemabad.
This is expected to be a fast-paced cycle. Talk→ record feedback→ change→ talk again to see if the problem has been solved for the customer.
Side by side, you will also be launching promotions and offers that you believe will encourage your users to make the purchase and derive more value from the product.
Skills needed: (1): Good communication skills, (2) Ability to quickly understand a product and its features (3) Charisma and ability to convince (4) Prior sales experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan. This is a remote job for the time being. However, the employee will have to travel to Islamabad for meetings.
