- Manage the full sales cycle for opportunities with housing societies of Pakistan.
- Use creative approaches to target prospects and secure meetings.
- Develop new and innovative sales strategies.
- Create and deliver best-in-class pitches and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with senior decision makers.
- Meet and beat sales revenue targets.
- Execute focused quarterly strategy. To meet and exceed quarterly revenue, you will work with the CEO to deliver on focused quarterly strategies as outlined at the beginning of each quarter.
- At least 3 years B2B sales experience and a track record of success, ideally within the housing societies sector
- A fearless and tenacious attitude and a proven background in opening doors to new partners and opportunities
- Experience selling Enterprise Software (SaaS)
- Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive C-level decision makers
- Exceeding quotas of one million or more in individual annual sales revenues with a high transactional sales model
- Evidence of high performance, entrepreneurial spirit and team player
- Willingness to travel up to 50% in territory and attend trade shows
- Must have a car.
- Must have a good laptop.
