Job Description

 

FAMA Technologies Pakistan is looking for an experienced Sales Customer Relationship Executive with exceptional communication skills to engage in business development & bring in sales by reaching out to current & potential customers.

 

Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Gain thorough product knowledge, effectively communicate the value proposition, and be proactive while handling objections and competitive questions
  • Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices, etc and present their benefits
  • Generate leads through prospecting & cold-calling
  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads and inquiries
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the lead qualification cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in spreadsheets
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding our product & services
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to CRO Team Lead
  • Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Encourage the customer to buy by demonstrating pre-sales online presentation about our products & services
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales for appropriate reporting to CRO team lead
  • Create potential customer database using various online platforms like Google, LinkedIn, etc
  • Analytical mind and ability to make sound judgments.
