We are looking for Product Specialist with a good technical background to join our rapidly growing team of talented individuals. This role will be suited for someone who has exhibited experience in system stability, identifying and resolving bugs, creating and maintaining SOPs and has the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Job Description

• Reports to the Head of Product Specialist, and work with related departments on initiatives that span across all 5 Daraz countries of Daraz Group
• Have technical expertise on identifying and resolving system bugs, maintaining system stability and escalating where required
• Able to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance and operations
• Provide training on the different systems and be able to answer incoming questions on the system and its existing or new capabilities
• Monitor & update relevant stakeholders on department progress; identify, report and resolve issues and risks related to system stability, product bugs etc
• Deep dive into data to understand root causes and generate actionable insights
• Provide support to all Daraz countries during campaign launches

Job Requirements

• Possess excellent project management skills, strong ownership, ability to meet tough deadlines and a desire to learn constantly
• University Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering qualification preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, consulting or similar
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Demonstrated ability of excelling in fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure
• Good proficiency in English and strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
