• Facilitate design-thinking workshops for multiple products and services across the bank.
• Analyse and conduct mystery shopping calls / visits to identify and observe key patterns and behaviors.
• Prepare monthly presentations for quality council and other relevant ad-hoc projects.
• Collaborate with team members to generate insights from service quality programs.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Anthropology, Sociology, Marketing, Technical Communication)
Experience: 5+ years' relevant experience with hands-on expertise in insights gathering and a demonstrated passion for research
