As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the realization of public affairs projects and/or projects for the affiliate. As part of the affiliate organisation, provide support in the development and implementation of strategic plan or project and ensure all relevant KPIs and milestones are met. You would also be responsible for maintaining project budget and providing regular updates to relevant internal stakeholders. The main accountabilities include:
- Execute relevant actions for local public affairs projects
- Drive engagement activities with public officials, payers, academics and other key stakeholders in line with the projects
- Supports partnership opportunities relevant for the entire affiliate or project with key stakeholders
- Ensure cross-functional and cross-company alignment with IO/APAC/affiliate PA departments and critical functional areas in affiliate (Market Access, Marketing, MRQ, and FLIT) on relevant projects and to share relevant public affairs insights and initiatives
- Develop reports to share progress/success of the projects and share with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and consultants on execution of initiatives
You must have a clear understanding of business ethics regulations in the pharma market and ensure the implementation of all local & global regulations during everyday business.
We are looking for a person with a Masters’ degree preferably in Management, Social Sciences, Communication, Journalism. You must have a proven track record with minimum 3 years of project management experience in a knowledge-based industry with a strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations, collecting data, and putting together results.
