Job Title: Manager BPR & PMO

Department: Corporate Affairs and Customer Experience Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make use of process improvement/reengineering methodologies to conduct process improvement/ modernization projects within the organization
  • Make use of project management skills for project governance and gate-keeping of project scope, time, cost, quality, reporting & financials
  • Drive operational excellence through improvement projects and approaches including Six Sigma, LEAN, and other Process Improvements methodologies
  • Use DMAIC methodology and other quantitative/statistical process modeling techniques & tools to improve quality, customer experience, and reduce Cost/Cycle time
  • Leading and facilitating BPR projects across the company through detailed interactions with cross-functional teams
  • Identification and prioritization of organization-wide business process re-engineering requirements. Identifying areas that can be improved through BPR based on industry best practices
  • Develop plans, recommend, and execute initiatives that have a multi-functional or multi-organizational impact to achieve process level efficiency
  • Documenting procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion
  • Provides regular project updates in a concise and effective manner to all stakeholders
  • Evaluates the implication of recommended initiatives and effectively communicate impact and resolution to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform continuous data analysis and identify trends to develop future predictions of the process output
  • Design and support training for the organization on lean six sigma methodology
  • Managing and driving assigned organizational/departmental projects as per defined timelines
  • Support in providing visibility of project progress and schedule adherence, as well as highlighting issues and risks to all stakeholders
  • Support in bringing all internal and external stakeholders on a single platform and working with them to develop project documents, resolution of roadblocks, and assisting in driving projects to successful completion

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree is required, Master’s Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Project Management will be preferred

Work Experience:

  • The candidate should hold a minimum of 4 years of experience in the relevant domain. Six Sigma/business process management training will be preferred
  • Candidates with certifications in PMP, Six Sigma (black belt) will be preferred

Skills-Job Specific

  • Must be aware of process improvement challenges within the Telecom industry
  • Possesses strong analytical capabilities (leveraging technology to analyze various data sets, quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesizing key takeaways from data)
  • A clear understanding of Business Change Management / Transformation Management Practices
  • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies
