Role:

The job holder is responsible to ensure planning and execution of customer (key accounts) plans in line with company and channel objectives. The job holder will also be responsible to manage customer relationship, distribution and turnover management in Local and International Key Accounts in the assigned region.

 

Main Accountabilities

  • The job holder is responsible to ensure planning and execution of customer (key accounts) plans in line with company and channel objectives.
  • The job holder will also be responsible to manage customer relationship, distribution and turnover management in local and International Key Accounts in the assigned region.
  • Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer (s) in line with business requirements at zone level.
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed distributor/ customer area targets and KPIs
  • Timely execution of distributor/customer/shopper promotions and activations.
  • Obtaining in store space allocation at best possible rate, as part of Trade Activities implementation.
  • Maximize the visibility of Shan products within the customers at region level.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Channel Development and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives.
  • Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ and Shan’s direct sales force
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
