Job Description
The Functional Analyst (FA) is responsible for translating Stories into trainings, SLAs, SOPs, Service Blueprints, Service and Front End Architecture. The FA should be able to ensure all stories and features deployed in production are adequately addressed in terms of SLA,SOPs, and blueprints when handed over to the Product Support Managers for running of the BAU.
Responsibilities :
- Participation in PI Planning
- Owns SLAs,

- Approval,
- deployment Memos,
- Training Programs
Requirements
Min Education:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Min Exp Req:
- 3+ years of relevant skills and technical experience

Design Thinking
Functional expertise with experience in product implementations and Level 1-2 support
relevant certifications will be given additional consideration.
