To achieve Schneider-Electric “Services Sales” development objectives, sales and profitability, manage and coordinate the portfolio of large End-User accounts and opportunities for Pakistan Services Organization

To meet individual & team sales targets and to report the necessary activities and information on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

To create and follow-up a solid pipeline of all type of service offers (including maintenance contracts, modernization projects, spare parts and on demand delivery) for his/her End-User customers

To create and follow-up a solid pipeline for “digital” services offers (including predictive maintenance contracts, Schneider-Electric EcoStruxure portfolio) for his/her End-User customers

To increase the market penetration by visiting the existing customers regularly and by expanding customer portfolio with a hunter approach for new/potential customers in the market

To manage customer requests and investigate the needs of customers in order to position the service model for each account while approaching to his/her customers with “account management” model

To organize presentations and seminars for the necessary products and solution introductions in the assigned territory/customer group

To work closely with other functions in the Services organization as well as with other Business Units in the whole company in order to identify and qualify the leads continuously.

The successful candidate should have 2 year equivalent work experience, strong executor of deployment plans

Experience and know-how on how to sell to End-Users with account management approach

Knowledge of MV-LV products/solutions while able to sell/promote digital services offers

Strong and confident sales management style with solid written and verbal skills

Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer and int & ext stake-holders

Good level of English verbally & written.
