About The Job
The Enablement Facilitator is accountable for delivering content that helps our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of our frontline staff. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organised, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, high-impact training to predominately entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staff. Your goal is to improve the new hire experience, reduce time to ramp (TTR), and improve performance during ramp
- Support new hires during their post-training, “nesting” phase
- Facilitate ongoing training
- Onboarding
- Product Training
- Process Changes
- Policy Changes
- Methodologies
- Soft Skills
- Innovate on traditional training methods, leveraging objective-based assessments, online quizzes, gamification, e-learning, etc. to drive knowledge retention and application
- Provide managers with feedback on new hire performance during training in order to guide their coaching
- Leverage new hire performance and survey data, along with feedback from KT new hires and managers to identify areas for improvement. Communicate these to Learning Partners and Program Managers to assist in creating, updating, or curating training and/or coaching opportunities to address these gaps
- Source and/or create Enablement content including but not limited to:
- Structured slide decks
- Internal Product and other “One-Pagers”
- Videos (including voice over and/or webinar-style/screen-share)
- eLearning experiences
- Email Templates
- Talking Points/Scripts
- Role Plays
- Facilitator Guides
- Sales Playbooks (SOPs not included, they are out of Enablement scope)
- Assist with other related duties as assigned
- Schedule training sessions
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations in advance of training
What We're Looking For
-
- Impressive communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a training position
- 3+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization
- 3+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
- MS Office & G-Suite proficiency
