The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Creating and Managing our Social Media Presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  2. Creating ads and bids on Graana and zameen.pk
  3. Coordinating with the Creative Designer for Social Media Posting and Brochure and pamphlets
  4. Writing content for social media, brochures, pamphlets and website
  5. Design, build and maintain company's social media presence
  6. Creating Ad-campaigns and Boosting for key visuals
  7. Getting the UI/UX of website built and maintained
  8. Getting Website made and maintained with developers
  9. Designing strategies for Digital Marketing of Seven Star Builders
  10. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  11. Coordinating with Outreach partners for Marketing Strategies
  12. Generating Content for all Social Media channels.
  13. Optimizing Marketing Budget
  14. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  15. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  16. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  17. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  18. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  19. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  20. Evaluate emerging technologies.
  21. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • 1-1.5+ years experience of Digital Marketing experience
  • Understanding of Facebook, messenger and instagram ad-campaigns
  • Intermediate Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Content creation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
