HBL is looking to hire Customer Services Officer across multiple locations in Pakistan to maintain and provide exceptional service levels through seamless customer facilitation & branch up-keep.
• Customer service and complaint management
• Build customer association and loyalty
• Provide customer experiences through proactive facilitation and problem resolution
• Ensure increase of Alternative Distribution channel usage
• Facilitate in achieving excellent results in Mystery Shopping and Service KPIs.
• Responsible for branch and ATM upkeep, ambiance and branding
• Maintain logs of complaint/service requests received
• Conflict resolution & stakeholder management
• Reporting maintenance related issues to the Branch Manager and Service Quality department
Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years of customer service experience preferably in branches. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
