Description

GBA Services (Full Service Third-Party Administrators for State Life Bancassurance) is looking for Call Center Officers.
Responsibilities: Candidates shall be responsible for managing inbound / outbound calls by identifying and assessing the customer’s needs to attain satisfaction.
Qualification and Professional Experience:

The ideal candidate should be Intermediate/A-Levels with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in well-reputed Insurance organizations.
Skills: strong phone handling skills, familiarity with CRM systems and practices and MS Office; fast typing skills, strong work ethics, and multitasking abilities; a friendly attitude and strong influencing and closing skills.
