Job Introduction:

TEG Media is a global marketing platform that provides B2B and B2C services to companies in different parts of the world. These services include Event Organizing, Digital Marketing & Business Matchmaking. We are currently hiring Business Development Managers in Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible to create portfolio and generate sales through it in accordance with agreed targets.

Role Responsibility:

  • Identify business opportunities by connecting with prospects; evaluate their position in the industry; research and analyse sales options.
  • Build business by signing collaborators and maintain relationship with them.
  • Train the collaborator and staff for respective products.
  • Maintain relationships with collaborators by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
  • Generate sales through collaborators.
  • Close new business deals by supporting collaborator in meetings with potential clients; coordinate requirements; develop contracts; and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
  • Provide all pre, during and after sales services to collaborators.
  • Attend relevant events.
  • Update CRM on daily basis.
  • Submit activity and results reports, such as daily meeting reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis.
  • Achieve collaboration signing targets and sales targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
  • 2 -3 years of experience in Real estate, Banking sales, Insurance sales, Mortgage advisory, Investment sales or Immigration industry. (ex staff preferred)
  • Own transport and driving license mandatory.

Total package includes:

Basic Salary + Monthly bonus on achievement + Fuel + Mobile allowance + Sales commission
