About the job

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

The candidates should have a minimum of '2 Years’ experience in the relevant industry and must be able to answer pre-sales queries of customers.

Web design and development industry’s experience would be preferred. The detailed job description of this position is listed below:

Sales Skills Required:

  • Discuss, understand and analyze customer’s need and pain points to propose the right design and development solution (both web and app based).
  • Advise the customer right solution at the right price with full transparency. Offer helping hand to the customer to help him/her succeed
  • Take full ownership of the deal, act as the front face of Websouls for the client till the satisfactory closure of sales, and generate referrals through the satisfaction of the customers.
  • Develop & maintain a trusted relationship with existing customers when meeting them in person, or when taking incoming emails, chats and phone calls
  • Develop a deep understanding of Websouls’ solutions & services, its competition and keep himself updated of the market conditions, emerging trends
  • Tenaciously drive new business by working out leads from our in-house database and new ones generated through networking and referrals
  • Make marketing calls and in person visits to generate new business leads
  • Strong follow-ups with new and existing clients
  • Relevant report generation

  • Sales aptitude with focus on customer care
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) and a Robust listener
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in excel & word
