RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primarily responsible for 24/7 application support including application monitoring, deployments, and configurational changes in Operational Support System
  • In-depth knowledge of Business Support System & Operational Support System platforms especially Provisioning platform
  • Incident management within targeted SLA/OLA
  • Ensuring Service Request Fulfillment according to KPI
  • Order management/User management/Account management process
  • Liaison with vendor for Root Cause Analysis’ on System operational issues
  • Analyzing new Business requirement and performing end-to-end testing
  • Enabling L1 support team to cater with new changes implemented in applications/processes
  • Provide guidance and advice for all technical aspects of the system implementation

 

 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in IT/Computer Science/Electronics

Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience in Business Support System & Operational Support System applications or relevant field

Required Skills:

  • Good communication & team management skills
