The Entrepreneurship & Management Excellence Center (EMEC) at IoBM is home to Executive Education supporting the organizations in Pakistan with their learning, development and growth requirements. The mission of the EMEC is to provide management education through experiential learning approach helping organization and startups learn and apply relevant and applicable knowledge.
The successful candidates will be joining a highly motivated, focused and passionate team and will be central to the EMEC achieving its key objectives. The candidate should have at least a graduate degree, preferably BBA or MBA with majors in Marketing, Communication, Media Sciences, Social Sciences or similar domains. 1 to 2 years’ experience is required but not mandatory, however understanding of business development and networking is a must.
The Assistant Executive Business Development will be critical to the achievement of the EMEC learning and development plan. The successful candidate will liaise with industry including but not limited to human resource professionals, consultants and practitioners including heads of marketing, supply chain, etc. and CEOs of major local companies and MNCs directly or indirectly. The job requires to focus on new and current businesses and suites those who could transform vision into reality.
