To develop sales action plan for achieving sales target
To drive and manage sales team for GT, LMT, wholesales & institution
To ensure and enhance team performance through training, coaching & motivating, performance measuring and market visits
To achieve objectives of Coverage & distribution, Productivity
To maintain the market data and make monthly, quarterly & annually analysis
Manage all channels i.e. GT, LMT & institution, canteen, HoReCa channels through team
Hands-on involve in sales operation and may lead his team by example

Developing PJPs for GT and all other channels
Ability to enhance coverage & distribution

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferably MBA
Command on MS office (Excel) & email communication
Previous experience in food & beverage sales, preferably in juice category
Good relationship with main LMT customers
At least 5 to 10 years in FMCG, food & beverages industry.
