For Immediate hiring, N7 Group are looking for energetic, smart and active Listings Administrator with at least 2 years of Real Estate experience in Pakistan;

  • Maintain and update the listings on CRM such as BITRIX.
  • Listing/Editing properties on Property Portals with good knowledge of this duty.
  • Cross-Verify the listings on the portal and constantly improvise them for quality control.
  • Manage and update platforms like Propspace, Propertyfinder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.
  • Dealing with email & Whatsapp enquiries.
  • Drafting real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Preparing daily reports to the management.
  • Preparing real estate forms and documents.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management

Candidates must be:

  • Must be having at least 2 years of experience as an admin in Real Estate (Required)
  • Must have excellent knowledge in CRM software’s like Propspace, Brokerpad, Dubizzle  or similar (Required)
  • Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize the work using tools, like Google Drive, MS Office Tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and office equipment.
  • Strong eye for attention to details
  • Professional and presentable with customer service skills.
  • Degree educated in relevant field preferred.
  • Telemarketing skills preferred.
  • Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in working hours as per business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
